Seven oxygen tanks hang from a wood and steel structure on a former oil company site, overlooking the Santa Barbara Channel. The tanks are cut open to hertz levels above and below standard notes. Most modern Western instruments are tuned in the equal temperament system. This cluster is inequal, mirroring the time this was made. It is an alarm, a calling, an infinitely variable bell.
